Shipping and Delivery

Orders generally take 1 to 3 business days for processing. Your order status will be listed as "unfulfilled" until it has shipped. Once shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include the tracking number for your package.

All orders are subject to a credit card verification and security screening prior to shipment. Any missing or incorrect information could result in delays in shipping your order. Items with processing lead times will ship by the method of your choice once they arrive at our office (look for the message that pops up once you select your size for item availability).

Please note multi-item orders may be shipped in multiple packages to expedite the receipt of your items. This is done at the discretion of our order processing team and is not guaranteed for every order.

Express shipments cannot be delivered to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address. Should you select one of our express shipping options please ensure you provide us with a physical shipping address (NOT a PO box). Any order being shipped to a PO box with our express shipping will be subject to shipping delays and potentially additional shipping fees.

For your security we are not able to make any address changes once the order has been shipped. If you are not available when a delivery is attempted the carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a re-delivery or where you may pick up your package.

While we do allow orders to be shipped to an address other than the billing address, these orders may be flagged by our security screening and subject to further investigation before the order is fulfilled. This is at the full discretion of Kayokoko Swimwear and may result in shipping delays. We reserve the right to cancel any order we feel is suspicious of fraud.

Kayokoko Swimwear is not responsible for shipping and/or other delays which are beyond its control such as poor weather conditions, acts of God, natural disasters, or customs delays in the recipient country.

NOTE: Orders are shipped to the shipping address entered during checkout. If you are paying by PayPal please ensure that the address you have registered with PayPal matches the address you enter during checkout – our warehouse does not see your PayPal shipping address and will ONLY ship to the address you enter during checkout on our website.

Lost Packages

If you believe that your package has been lost during transit please contact us to arrange a trace. A trace can only be initiated once your estimated delivery date has passed. Any package deemed lost after the trace is completed will be re-shipped to you. Should a replacement not be available a store credit will be issued for the missing item only. We must be contacted within 45 days from the ship date for a lost package claim. Any claims made after 45 days will be replaced at the sole discretion of Kayokoko Swimwear. Refunds will not be issued for missing or lost packages.

Wrong Address and Refused Packages

Any packages refused and/or not picked up by the customer/recipient and sent back to us by the shipping company may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees. The customer will be charged any fees incurred by Kayokoko Swimwear. Packages returned due to a shipping address error (not the fault of Kayokoko Swimwear) will also be subject to the above. One of our customer service representatives will contact you via email should a package be returned to us to advise the available options and applicable fees.
